Cochrane Trade Show

The Cochrane Trade Show is the largest annual event in town. The Show takes place the first Saturday and Sunday of May at the Spray Lake Sawmills Family Recreation Centre.

As a consumer show, the event has over 140 local exhibits ranging from home based businesses to products and services offered at retail stores. The show has attractions for all ages, and many interactive displays. Within the Trade Show, Cochrane’s Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) runs a “Volunteer Fair” which showcases over 30 local non-profit groups that residents can be involved with. The Cochrane Art Club hosts their annual Spring Show & Sale during the same dates at the Centre as well.

More information on EXHIBITING or ATTENDING…

Cochrane Trade Show ExhibitorsExhibitors:

Exhibitors must be Chamber of Commerce members. Exhibits are not juried, but limitations are set so that there is not an overrepresentation of any one type of business. Participation is at the discretion of the Chamber of Commerce management. Booths are in 10'x10' or 15'x10' increments, and are defined by ‘pipe & drape’ décor. Each booth includes one power outlet and a table & 2 chairs if required. Three dimensional exhibits which represent a 'second storefront' of the participating business are encouraged.

2010 Trade Show Application & Floor Plan are available via email or fax. Contact 403-932-0320 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request.

Attendance at the show varies from year to year, but is in the range of 3,000 – 3,500 people over the 2 days of the show. Advertising and marketing of the show is concentrated on the Cochrane, Bragg Creek and Springbank areas, and northwest Calgary.
